Refund policy
Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns must be in their original packaging. Items not returned in their original packaging will not be accepted or returned to the customer.
To start a return please contact us at rzacrylics@gmail.com. If your return is accepted you will be sent a return shipping label along with instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted or returned to the customer.

Issues/Damaged Goods
Please unpack and evaluate your order immediately when received. If you have issues with your order including missing, incorrect, or damaged materials please contact us at rzacrylics@gmail.com. We will be happy to evaluate the situation and figure out the best way to fix the situation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders, used acrylic, and blemished purchases are not eligible items for returns or exchanges.
All blemished materials sold have some kind of imperfection, including but not limited to masking imperfections, scratches, and bowing/cupping of material. These items are sold as is, as stated on the ordering page.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected we will contact you with approval or denial or your refund application. If approved, your refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 3-7 business days to see the refund appear on your credit card statement.
