Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more for orders shipping to the lower 48 states. To qualify for free shipping your order must be the free shipping amount or more before taxes and after discounts are applied. Orders will ship UPS ground, but we reserve the right to choose a different courier to better serve the customer when necessary.

*Specific items (ex. Keychain Thingies) may incur a one-time shipping charge as defined on the product page.

**Custom orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery address.

Orders are filled, inspected, and shipped in the order they are received.  Orders are expected to be shipped the day after they are placed, but not guaranteed.

If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us at rzacrylics@gmail.com.  We will contact the courier.

If your shipment is damaged upon arrival, please contact rzacrylics@gmail.com to begin your claim process.  Please include photos of the following to aid in the processing:

Shipping label

It is the job of the customer to provide a correct address for shipping.  If a package is delivered incorrectly or returned due to an address error it is up to the customer to pay for the additional shipping needed to deliver the order to the correct address.  RZ Acrylics will not be held accountable for the loss of an order due to incorrect shipping information.
