Keychain Thingies® OG is recommended for 3mm (1/8") or thinner materials.

4.8mm (0.19") hole is recommended by the manufacturer.  A minimum 3.2mm (0.125") offset around the keychain hole is also recommended for material strength.  We have found a 4mm hole creates a nice snug fit.
