Color OG Keychain Thingies® will work for most 1/8" materials. They areNOT recommended for 1/4" materials, unless you make a hole large enough for the clip to feed through the material.
4.8mm (0.19") hole is recommended by the manufacturer. A minimum 3.2mm (0.125") offset around the keychain hole is also recommended for material strength. We have found a 4mm hole creates a nice snug fit.
